a native of Barrington, Rhode Island, has been in different facets of Real Estate since
1986 and has personally owned, remodeled, and drawn blueprints of homes
including his own investment and Vacation
properties throughout his career. Prior to real estate, he spent time in
the construction & marine industry and has built luxury & racing yachts including
the America's Cup Defenders in the early 90's.
Over the last 10 years,
he has been in the Information Technology
and Telecommunications Industry. He became very "tech savvy"
and as a result directs the use of technology
to it's fullest capabilities to assist our team for your selling or buying needs. David has spent the last 10 years
formulating a unique business plan to help him refine his systems. He
continues to utilize the latest and most basic "techniques" to
keep the team highly productive and organized.

She brings 20+ years of Executive Administrative and Management Skills to The Compass Group. Having worked in the real estate industry for several years, Melissa has acquired excellent customer service and client relation skills. She has recently become engaged and is looking forward to planning her wedding.
