David Parker is from Barrington, Rhode Island on Narragansett Bay where he grew up on the water building Luxury Homes and Yachts including the America’s Cup Defenders in the late 1980’s & early 1990’s earning degree’s in Architectural Design & Engineering along with Yacht Design & Engineering.

From the mid 1990’s to 2004, David worked in the Information Technology Industry architecting Technology Solutions for Business Owners and his “C-Level” clients providing disaster recovery, business continuity, telecommunication services along with data center & co-location solutions. David became very good at recognizing the big picture quickly, implementing processes and procedures to achieve the goals at hand reducing implementation time.

In 2004, David along with his wife Crystal relocated to the Tampa Bay Area and created “The Compass Group” Real Estate Advisors “Helping You Navigate the Real Estate Market!” David has been in different facets of Real Estate since 1986 and has personally owned, constructed, remodeled, and drafted blueprints of homes including his own investment and vacation properties throughout his career.

David continues to further develop his business models to include Compass Capital Holdings for private investment and Compass Property Solutions for property repair & renovation and he continues his education as it is essential in personal and professional development.
